What is an Angel?
Traditionally, it was a creature delivering messages to the people.
For us, Angel is an agent,
living inside the computer, transmitting information about the computer's health and status
Beware:
Angel DOES NOT monitor any action on the computer!
Angel DOES NOT record any activity when you operate the computer!
So, how it works?
Angel creates a tab for each computer and there...
Stores
all hardware information (CPU, Motherboard, OS, HDD, Network & Memory cards, Displays etc.)
Plus stores Installed Programs
Plus stores Services (Microsoft and non-Microsoft)
Plus Processes (Analytically or Aggregated per Program)
Plus Open Ports (internal and external)
Plus Startup Programs
Plus Scheduled Tasks (Microsoft and non-Microsoft)
Last but not least, Angel stores
all error and critical entries to the EventLog, presented by time (24 hours, 3 days, 7 days)
Nothing is presented as cold info. We do not leave administrator in the dark!
For any error a connection to Microsoft's database is always there,
giving any suggestions and all information on how others faced (and solved) the error
If any error persists (is presented) more than 10 times (in a week) then
a ticket is created!
Angel automatically,
informs responsible user and his supervisor by email for the ticket...
...but also
records anything until the ticket will be closed
Of course, it is out of question that user can be connected remotely to the computer…
Every computer with the Angel installed, is a
Help Desk, too!
On the desktop a linksends any request,
related to the computer or the logged user, to the IT Department.
Every Help Desk request transforms to
a ticket,
with all relevant information (timeline, details etc.)
Plus, sends email
back and forth to any involved person (logged user, responsible user, supervisor, administrator etc.)

For installed Programs...
user can install, uninstall,
upgrade,
or register program's licence
For Services...
User has all the info about the service, plus he can
stand out Microsoft and non-Microsoft services,
pause, stop
and start the service
For Processes...
User has all info on process function and he can suspend,restart

Plus he can have in a glance,aggregated, all info (memory, threads, handles, virtual size, I/O, etc) for any process running on the computer.

Angel keeps track of each hard disk separately, and creates relevant tickets. Then informs administratoror whom it may concerns.
To be Replaced - Memory Cards
A detailed comparison of how processes utilize computer's memory. A straight forward reportfor used and asked memory, virtual space forced to use, free disk space, percentages etc.

All prices do not include VAT*In case of Virtuals machines (simple computers or Servers) prices are the same as the respective prices for physical ones
Angel on Premises* - Annual Price
In order to have Angel on Premises, charge is the respective prices on Cloud
+ 5 Euros for each computer (Desktop-Laptop) and
+10 Euros for each Server. The minimum charge for On Premises is 5,000€/year.
If you have less than 1,000 computers, your billing will be 5,000€/year.
If you have more, your annual billing will be similar to your computers.
Angel - Use of API
You can access all information provided by Angel through API calls, regardless of whether the primary facility is located (on Cloud or on Premises). The fee for using the API is the respective Cloud and extra 0.02 Euros/call
The minimum charge for using the API is 20,000€/year (1,000,000 calls per year).
If you exceed the 1,000,000 calls in a year, the extra blows will be charged with the value listed above, 0.02€/call
*On Premises - Prerequisites:
* Accept installation of 2 Linux Servers on your infrastructure.
* Linux Servers are owned by AngelCo.
* Provide access to Linux via SSH protocol
* Provide email account credentials (for MTA use)
